
Welcome to The Harcombe Diet Club!
We have set this up for friends and fans of The Harcombe Diet and for people interested in finding out more about the diet, who hopefully will become friends and fans.
The Harcombe Diet really is different. 99% of diets are based on the myth that you need to eat less and/or do more to lose weight. This is fundamentally wrong. Overweight is about fat stored and losing weight is about encouraging the body to release stored fat. In no way is the body as simplistic as energy in = energy out – and, therefore, we do not need to put less energy in and/or try to get more energy out. We need to eat better, not to eat less.
The club has been set up at three different levels:
1) There is a Free level for everyone – this will enable you to join in the chats on the Forum and to receive the monthly newsletter, with top diet stories from around the world. Please note that initial registration is automatically at the free level. You will need to click on “Upgrading your account” on the home page of the club to gain access to the paid levels.
2) Plus membership will give you weekly diet tips, access to all articles that I have written, videos that I make and a comprehensive FAQ library (being added to continuously) with a great search facility, so that you can find all questions related to your query at the click of a button. Plus members will also be able to start discussions in the chat room with no need for moderator approval (i.e. your comment will appear automatically).
3) Premium membership will give you access to me! The premium member Forum is the one that I will join in as frequently as possible. You will be able to private message me and I will try to reply if at all possible – other time commitments being the only caveat. There are a number of ’super fans’ being given premium membership and they will also be on hand to answer your queries – we will be helping you together!
