Club Magazine

Every fortnight, we publish “Diet & Health Today” that is available to all club subscribers and is also available on a pay-per issue. This has the following:

- “The Big Issues” – taking a key topic in the area of weight loss and tackling it in a throughly researched and referenced way. Topics will cover things like “/Where do calories go/?” and “/How exactly do you burn fat?/” and all the other impossible questions that you ask me!;

- Diet Tips of the week – so that’s two every fortnight. These are punchy tips to keep for reference on topical issues (father’s day, Halloween, Christmas etc) and every day issues (top 3 foods to avoid, what is really in processed food etc);

- a Video on a particular topic – anything from why the calorie theory is completely wrong to making sure PMT doesn’t ruin your diet;

- highlights from the forum – which chats should you make sure you haven’t missed;

- A. N. Other big topic – all the top notes from conferences that I attend, a review of another diet, a media story dissected – more great information on diet and health.

All Plus and Premium members have access to back copies of all newsletters and the members’ area is full of Q&A’s, media watch articles, videos, diet tips, recipes and this library is growing all the time
